The Mental Health Walk-in Clinic provides quick and direct access to bilingual single session counselling services, known as Choice sessions, for youth between the ages of 12 and 20 and their families who are residents of Ottawa. Youth may choose to access the service individually and confidentially or attend the session with family members. Parents/ caregivers may also access Choice sessions for support in their role as parents for a youth aged between 12 and 20. Last session is at 6:00 PM.
