Talk-in services provide you and/or your children with 60-90 minute single counselling session which focuses on your strengths and abilities. The session will aim to help you and/or your children navigate one current challenge, create change and develop new strategies to get “un-stuck” from a difficult place. Many people find that a single session is all that is required, but if on going support is needed, a referral can be made to another service after this session.
Fridays are virtual.
