The Rockland & PR Youth Wellness Hub serves local youth as a fully integrated one-stop shop where youth between the ages of 12 and 25 and their families can address all of their health and wellness needs. Immediate help is available for mental health, substance use, primary care (Nurse Practitioner), along with many other community and social services such as employment, housing, financial aid, etc. The hub also includes peer services and system navigation services, all delivered in a timely and integrated manner with no appointment required.

Supporting youth ages 12 to 25. 

The hub consists of three locations to provide services to youth in the area:

• Main site in Rockland
• Outreach site in Hawkesbury
• Outreach site in Embrun

  • 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Wednesday:
  • 9:00 AM to 3 PM -- OUTREACH location in Hawkesbury (580 Spence Ave.)
  • 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM -- OUTREACH for activities in Hawkesbury (412 Cartier Blvd)
• Thursday
  • 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Friday
  • closed on April 3rd
  • 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM OUTREACH location in Embrun (649 Notre-Dame)
• Saturday 
  • 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM 
• Sunday
  • closed
