- Demonstrate appropriate technique for NG tube insertion.

- Discuss care of child with NG tube
- Review administration of enteral feeds and medications
Gastrostomy Tubes
- Introduction to gastrostomy tubes
- Review indications and goals for gastrostomy tubes
- Discuss management of common stoma issues
- Demonstrate management of dislodged/blocked tubes
- Discuss care of children with a gastrostomy tube
- Review administration of nutritional formula and medications

Vascular Access Devices
- Identify different types of vascular access devices.
- Review care and management of CVADs including principles of aseptic technique to prevent CLABSIs.
- Review CVAD line patency assessment and flushing.
